Question: How important are the maps and plans provided ? Normally a trigger to get you on site is all that is required at first cut for the critical planning issue of system risk analysis . The client may have a specific site in mind , but with land systems evaluation , the whole area should be considered . If you commit the landowner too early to planning detail at his preferred site, it may not be the best site . First step opportunity; second step elimination
Question How important is the preliminary field inspection ? three benefits; allows site flexibility , reduces initial planning investment; most importantly if paddock inspection occurs many potentail risk elements can be eliminated through questions and commitments about the detailed use .
